The weekly “Practice-Area Alert” will inform you about court decisions in these areas reported in the current week’s issue of Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and will include the subject headings of each case. Subscribers will be able to click on the subject heading and read the full text of the opinion summary in our Archives. With this new service, which will come in the form of an e-mail each week, you can be sure that you never miss a critical case in your field.
